These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SOCOBIZ website located at socobiz.us and its associated subdomain sites (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Southern Colorado Business Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Colorado limited liability company.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

SOCOBIZ is a contractor referral and lead-generation network. We build and maintain websites designed to connect homeowners and property owners in rural Colorado communities with local contractors offering home-improvement and trade services. We are not a contractor and do not perform any services ourselves. We act solely as a referral intermediary.

2. No Warranty on Contractor Quality

We do not employ, supervise, or warrant the quality, fitness, licensing, insurance, or workmanship of any contractor referred through the Service. By submitting a quote request, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for verifying contractor credentials, licensing, and insurance before hiring.
• Any agreement entered into with a referred contractor is solely between you and that contractor.
• We are not a party to, and bear no liability for, any contractor agreement or the outcome of any work performed.

3. CRM and Backend Processing

Our Service uses GoHighLevel as its customer relationship management (CRM) and communications platform. By submitting a contact or quote request form, you consent to your information being processed and stored within the GoHighLevel platform for the purpose of contractor referral matching. GoHighLevel's own terms and privacy policy apply to their processing of your data.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form.
• Use the Service for any purpose other than obtaining legitimate contractor referrals.
• Attempt to circumvent, disrupt, or abuse the referral system.
• Harvest contact information or use the Service for unsolicited commercial communications.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Southern Colorado Business Solutions LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SOUTHERN COLORADO BUSINESS SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTRACTOR REFERRAL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pueblo County, Colorado.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
