Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the rules governing use of the SOCOBIZ contractor referral network at socobiz.us and its associated subdomain sites, operated by Southern Colorado Business Solutions LLC. This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

1. Permitted Uses

The Service is intended solely for homeowners, property managers, and others seeking legitimate contractor referrals for home improvement and trade services in rural Colorado and surrounding markets. You may use the Service to:

• Submit quote requests for genuine construction, repair, or home-service needs.
• Contact us with questions about available contractors or coverage areas.
• Access informational content about contractor services and geographic coverage.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Submit false or misleading information — including fake names, invalid contact details, or fabricated service requests.
• Test or probe the system — including submitting repeated test requests, automated form submissions, or scraping contact data.
• Circumvent or abuse the referral system — including any attempt to bypass our lead routing, redirect traffic, or impersonate another business or individual.
• Conduct spam or unsolicited outreach — using any contact information obtained through the Service to send bulk or unsolicited communications.
• Infringe intellectual property — copying, reproducing, or distributing content from our sites without permission.
• Engage in illegal activity — using the Service in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation.
• Interfere with site operations — including distributing malware, launching denial-of-service attacks, or exploiting vulnerabilities.

3. Contractor Partner Standards

Contractors participating in the SOCOBIZ referral network agree to:

• Maintain all required licenses, permits, and insurance for their trade and jurisdiction.
• Respond to referred leads in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate, honest estimates and representations to prospective customers.
• Comply with all applicable consumer protection and trade practice laws.

Contractor access to leads may be suspended or terminated for violation of these standards.

4. GoHighLevel Platform Rules

Our Service operates on the GoHighLevel platform. Use of the Service is also subject to GoHighLevel's own acceptable use policies. We reserve the right to suspend access for any conduct that violates GoHighLevel's platform rules or that could expose us or GoHighLevel to liability.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and to take any action we deem appropriate, including:

• Removing or disabling access to submitted content or form submissions.
• Blocking IP addresses or devices from accessing the Service.
• Reporting suspected illegal activity to law enforcement.
• Pursuing legal remedies for damages caused by violations.
