Soco Biz provides Automated Voice Infrastructure, Inbound Handling Systems, and integrated CRM operations. These services are designed to capture customer intent and manage appointment sequences.

All service fees are due in advance of the billing cycle. To maintain our infrastructure's reliability, we enforce a strict no-refund policy for setup fees, monthly subscriptions, and pre-paid communication credits.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pueblo County, Colorado.
Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or failure to pay will result in immediate suspension of your voice lines and automated sequences.
