Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the boundaries for using Automated Voice Infrastructure, messaging systems, and related services provided by Southern Colorado Business Solutions LLC ("Soco Biz").

Zero Tolerance: Use of our systems for unsolicited communication, fraudulent activity, or prohibited content results in immediate termination of all voice and data infrastructure without refund.

You may not attempt to bypass our carrier-grade safeguards or use our systems in a manner that degrades performance for other Southern Colorado businesses. This includes "blasting" high volumes of traffic without prior approval of your A2P registration.

5. Enforcement

Soco Biz reserves the sole right to determine whether a use case violates this AUP. High bounce rates or carrier-reported spam result in immediate account suspension. We cooperate fully with law enforcement for any illegal activity originating from our Pueblo West infrastructure.
