Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the boundaries for using Automated Voice Infrastructure, messaging systems, and related services provided by Southern Colorado Business Solutions LLC ("Soco Biz").

1. Prohibited Content (SHAFT)

Consistent with CTIA guidelines and carrier requirements, our infrastructure cannot be used for content related to the SHAFT categories:

• Sexually explicit material or services.
• Hate speech, harassment, or threats.
• Alcohol marketing (without age-gating verification).
• Firearms or explosives marketing.
• Tobacco, Vape, or Cannabis (including CBD and THC products).

2. Messaging Integrity & Consent

All automated communications deployed via Soco Biz must strictly adhere to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You agree to:

• Obtain verifiable prior express consent before initiating automated contact.
• Maintain clear opt-out mechanisms in every message (e.g., "Reply STOP").
• Honor opt-out requests immediately and permanently.

3. Fraudulent Practices

Our systems are built to capture intent for legitimate local businesses. You may not engage in:

• Phishing, "Smishing," or any attempt to harvest sensitive personal or financial data.
• Spoofing caller ID or impersonating government entities or other businesses.
• High-pressure sales tactics that target vulnerable populations in our region.

4. System Integrity

You may not attempt to bypass our carrier-grade safeguards or use our systems in a manner that degrades performance for other Southern Colorado businesses. This includes "blasting" high volumes of traffic without prior approval of your A2P registration.

5. Enforcement

Soco Biz reserves the sole right to determine whether a use case violates this AUP. High bounce rates or carrier-reported spam result in immediate account suspension. We cooperate fully with law enforcement for any illegal activity originating from our Pueblo West infrastructure.
